# Error loading analytics.js

 * I have a client using Mailpoet who I just moved from wordpress.com to my server.
   He MP screens in the Dashboard are all throwing errors.
 * Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://xxxxxxxx.com/wp-content/
   plugins/mailpoet/assets/js/lib/analytics.js”.
 * When I look at the forms page, her forms show up, but when I add a form’s shortcode
   to a sidebar, no form shows up and no errors display in the console on the front
   end.
 * I have cleared caches, I have disabled all plugins but MP, I have changed the
   theme. No joy after any/all of that.
 * **EDIT**
 * Also, when I got to edit a form, I see the following in the console.
 * Uncaught Error: Mapper expects form body to be an array.

 * Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is the only hiccup with the move.

 * Could you please follow the [instructions to re-install the plugin via FTP](https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp)
   and let me know if it works?

 * Can you please re-create the form and check if you can add it to your sidebar?

 * Thanks. That does seem to be the issue. Building a new form fixes the problem.
