 * I have a problem with the plugin. I can not disable it. I get an error when trying
   to do is this

    sorry you are experiencing this error. You can disable the plugin
   manually by logging in to your site with FPT/SSH and renaming the plugin folder.
 * If you want to help get this fixed for other people though could you do me a 
   favor before you deactivate? Go to Wordfence “Diagnostics” page and at the bottom
   click the button that says “Send Report by Email”. Change the prefilled address
   to [asa@wordfence.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-line-440/asa@wordfence.com?output_format=md)
   and please provide your username so I know who the mail is coming from.
 * This will give me a copy of your diagnostics so that we can try to figure out
   why this happened and make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

 * Sorry, I’ve the same problem, but if I rename the plugin folder, the system redirect
   me to the login page, and I am back again! 🙁

 * I’ve solved, it was a problem with the database: has expired and the customer
   doesn’t warned me! Sorry.

 * Hi, I have the same problem as [@fantat](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fantat/),
   I have logged in as admin, so I can change settings, but anyone else can’t login
   to site even I as admin from other browser, I have that error in wfConfig.php.
 * When I disable plugin by renaming directory, when user try to login it always
   redirects to login page. And I try to install Wordfence Assistant, but it can’t
   be activated, it says “1 plugin ativated”, but it’s not activated.

 * Hi brightloom,
    if you are having issues even when Wordfence is deactivated (
   you have renamed the Wordfence directory) then there is some other plugin that
   is causing issues on your site. For Wordfence I would suggest you delete all 
   Wordfence tables and try a fresh install. You can set Wordfence to delete tables
   on deactivation (Wordfence Options page) but if you need to delete the tables
   manually, here is a full list of them for reference:
