 * This error occurs when either the request to your update server has timed out(
   20 seconds – empty response), or the server returned an error.
    Please install
   [Query Monitor plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/) on both 
   the client and the server to find more information and troubleshoot more efficiently.
