Sorry to hear about the issue. These errors happen because Imagify does not recognize these images as JPG/PNG files for some reason.
In most of cases, it happens because the MIME type is not correct. Sometimes it can be because of the bad server setup.
Is there a chance to send us one or two of these images (ideally one JPG and one PNG) so we could check them and see what might be wrong?

I just got the exact same error here.
Imagify says it can’t optimize my pictures while it could before with the same pictures….

Sorry to hear that you have the same issue. Can you confirm you were able to optimize same images on the same server?
There must be some change made in the meantime (or it’s on another server that does not handle this well).
Also, can you try to optimize images directly via the App and let me know if it worked?
Anyway, we would definitely like to test this further, so it would be ideal to send us some of these images. We will be able to test them on our servers then and see what might be wrong.
