    Combining JavaScript Files with SG Optimizer

    JAVASCRIPT COMBINATION DISABLED
    We have detected that a script is generating uniquely named files which results in our combined assets taking up huge amount of disk space. Please, exclude any scripts that generate unique JS code per page or per visit in order to avoid this from happening again.

    Could you please let me know what causes this to happen? Once this happened I usually just force to combine the js files again. But later, this would happen again.

    As the error page suggests, there is a plugin that generates uniquely named JS on pageload / every different page.

    1. Disable the JS Combination
    2. Check 3-4-5 different pages on your site and see which plugin is causing this – there will be a JS loaded with a parameter or unique name
    3. Enable the JS Combination
    4. Exclude this plugin from the Combination using the provided interface. If you can’t see it, there is a pinned thread in the forum on how to handle this using filters.
