Support » Plugin: Postman SMTP Mailer/Email Log » "error" : "invalid_grant"

  • Hello!

First I want to congratulate you for your plugin that is truly the best in this category!

I received the SMTP test without problem, but when a user wants to register it does not receive a password by email.

    In the newspaper I get this error: Error refreshing the OAuth2 token , message: { “error” : ” invalid_grant ” } ‘

Thank you for helping me I ‘m desperate !

    Sorry for my english

    Thank-you, that’s very kind 🙂

This is an error from Google indicating it had a temporary problem re-approving the OAuth 2.0 token.

If you keep seeing this message, I suggest deleting the Client ID and creating a new one!

Also note that Client ID’s are not meant to be shared. If you have another website with Postman installed, create a separate Client ID.

Thank you very much for your quick response!

I all over again from the beginning and now I , have no invalid_grant the error in the log . That tells me ” Sent ‘ ‘ but unfortunately I do not get it.

Account by the test works Message !

    Thank you!

Show me the Session Transcript (look in Tools > Email Log) of the email you did not get.

maybe its because GoDaddy is my hosting.

I receive an email saying that a new member is registered. But users do not receive any email with the password.

I wanted to try it myself but I only got this:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/tinyhouseqc/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2258

I don’t see anything wrong with the transcript. Looks like it should be working to me! Maybe it thinks it is spam? Check your spam folder?
