    Hi there,
I am using the WC Solana Pay plugin on my WooCommerce store. Previously, everything was working perfectly, and I could successfully scan the QR code and pay using the Solflare wallet without any issues.
However, when I tested it just now, the Solflare wallet suddenly showed this error message right after scanning the QR code: “Request failed: Invalid data from the payment provider”
I haven’t changed the core setup of the plugin. Could you please let me know what might be causing this sudden issue and how I can fix it?
    Thank you!

    Hi @mike0612,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the reported issue. We recommend upgrading to the latest version of the plugin and trying again. If the issue persists, please provide a link to your WooCommerce store for our further investigation via the link below. Thank you.

    Hi t4top,

Thanks for the follow-up. I’ve identified that the issue was tied to the testing wallet having an “insufficient balance” compared to the product price.

When funds are insufficient, the simulation fails and Solflare displays the generic “Invalid data” message. Since I’ve confirmed that the checkout functions perfectly with a sufficient balance, I don’t need further investigation for now and won’t be filling out the form.

You may want to look into how the plugin handles “Simulation Failures” in future updates to provide clearer feedback to users with low balances. Thanks!

    Best Regards,
    Mike
