[Resolved] Error: Invalid argument line 230

  • So I migrated my client’s website to godaddy and after doing so I am getting the following error.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/01/3307101/html/wp-content/plugins/better-font-awesome/better-font-awesome.php on line 230

It is not constant but it does show up in both the admin area and the public part of the site. Any possible ideas?

    The error log

    Hi Jeffrey,

Thanks for reporting this. My suspicion is that it may just be a temporary issue with the GoDaddy server – I have had problems with them before. Better Font Awesome uses a call to wp_remote_get(), which can fail due to server issues. Can you please confirm that this is still an issue, and that you’re using the latest version of BFA?

That said, it would also be helpful if you could provide:
    – the url for your site
    – the PHP error log

Once I hear back from you I can take a closer look if need be.

I suspect it too is godaddy.
    all4energy.org is the url

it would only come up on occasion, seemingly random. I looked at the logs, all I saw was this…

    [Tue Apr 29 23:27:02 2014] [3307101] [fcgid:warn] [client] mod_fcgid: can’t apply process slot for /web/cgi-bin/php-fcgi
    [Tue Apr 29 23:27:08 2014] [3307101] [fcgid:warn] (32)Broken pipe: [client] mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request_ipc function

But that was from this morning and I had another issue as I unknown to me I was running php 5.2 which has since been rectified with an upgrade to 5.3.x.

Let us assume it was a godaddy anomaly unless otherwise informed. 🙂
