Error integrating with Tradegecko

I am trying to integrate Tradegecko with Woocommerce, but am receiving the following sync error:

“woocommerce_api_authentication_error”,”message”:”oauth_consumer_key”

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? I tried to get support from Tradegecko, but they told me to contact WooCommerce support.

Any help will be greatly appreciated – needing this up urgently!!
