# ERROR INSTALLING PLUGIN

 * Hello. Really nervous here, bought the plugin but it doesn’t activate..
 * > Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
   > 305020 bytes) in /home/storage/d/e0/01/revend/public_html/portal/wp-includes/
   > wp-db.php on line 1113
 * and in the “post_type=inc_popup&page=settings” (pop up settings) there is no 
   option 2 register, i haven’t received code, this is really frustrating..
 * Any help?

 * Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
 * The plugin is working fine on my test site.

 * It seems from the shared error message that it is raised because of low php memory.
 * Could you please try increasing php memory by referring the instructions provided
   on the following pages?

 * I am not sure which registration option you are searching on the pop up settings
   page. There isn’t any registration option in the pop up settings page.

 * It seems you are using pro version of the WordPress PopUp plugin if it is so 
   then please ask your question on the WPMU DEV Forum using this form [http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/#question](http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/#question)
