 * Every time when i try to install plug-ins (Any plug-in’s) i am getting
 * Installing Plugin: Sociable 3.0.6
    Downloading plugin package from [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/sociable.3.0.6.zip](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/sociable.3.0.6.zip)
 * Download failed.: Could not create Temporary file
 * Installation Failed
 * Can you please help me?

 * I can’t help you with the WP auto plugin install details, but can say that using
   FTP to upload a plugin to your webserver is not very hard to do.
 * Here is a WP tutorial on configuring FileZilla, an FTP client
    [http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_FileZilla](http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_FileZilla)
 * Also with most webhosts you can use the file manager in the control panel to 
   upload the plugin from your computer to the WP plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/
