Error Installing Frisco Child Theme

    I’m trying to install Frisco Child theme but I got the following error:

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I already contacted the hosting provider (Hostgator) and asked them about the server space and I was told that my account is unlimited.

    I hope somebody can help me.

    P.S. I’m not a tech savy, please when replying use not complicated terminology

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.
