Could you clarify how this problem relates to Loco Translate?
After installing Loco I got this error. I then renamed the ftp plugin to the wp-content / plugins folder and the error has disappeared.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function convert_to_screen() in /home/u391115532/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table.php on line 143
1 – Make a backup of your site.
2 – Open your FTP Client.
3 – Connect to the FTP of your site.
4 – Go to the wp-content folder (it should be in the “public_html” directory).
5 – Rename the “plugins” folder to “plugins_old”.
6 – Create a new folder called “plugins”.
7 – Now log in to WordPress.
8 – Make sure all plugins have been disabled.
9 – Delete the folder “plugins” that you have created.
10 – Rename the folder “plugins_old” to “plugins”.
11 – Activate the Plugins, one at a time, always verifying that the site continues to function correctly.
