• Hi,

I have installed YOURLS to a web hosting service where I have several web servers and domains. The idea is to run YOURLS under one domain name and all my domains could use it. What should I consider to make this work?

I already ran into a problem while installing the YOURLS files. I have created a MySQL database for YOURLS and written the information into config.php. I get the following error:

SQLSTATE[42000] [1044] Access denied for user ‘user_name’@’%’ to database ‘database_name’

The biggest wonder is the ‘%’ digit as the user domain name. Where does that come from? In the config.php file, I am not able to give the db user a domain name. The connection to the database naturally fails, since the user domain name is this strange.

Has anybody else ran into this, please?
