# Error in woocommerce analytics

 * When consulting the sales report, the total does not match the sales made. Sales
   were done manually in excel and the difference is high.

 * This could be due to a number of reasons, including potential discrepancies in
   the data entry process, or a possible issue with the synchronization of data 
   between your store and WooCommerce Analytics.
 * To resolve this, I suggest re-checking the data entry in both your Excel file
   and WooCommerce. Ensure that all sales are accurately recorded and that there
   are no missing or duplicate entries.
 * If the issue persists, it may be due to a technical problem. In this case, I 
   recommend updating your WooCommerce plugin to the latest version, which often
   resolves many issues. If you’re still experiencing this issue after updating,
   please get back to us with the following:
    - **System Status Report:** navigate to **WooCommerce → Status**. Select **Get
      system report** and then **Copy for support**.
    - **Fatal Error log:** Share a copy of any fatal error log found under **WooCommerce
      → Status → Logs**.
