# Error in version 6.7

 * Since the 6.7 version update, I’m getting the following error on a page that 
   contains a Google Reviews block:
 *     ```
       Could not download the template for the widget.
       Please reload the page.
       If the problem persists, please write an email to support@trustindex.io
       ```

 * plus: since the last update we are not able to connect to places in the backend
   anymore, the search bar keeps loading. we’re sending over enviroment informations
   via email.

 * It was a network error. Please re-create the plugin under the Troublshooting 
   tab, Or reinstall the plugin.
 * It should work now, thank you for your patience!
