# Error in ticket URL

 * Well everything works well, the link is sent to the user with the ticket. The
   problem is that when you enter this link, it asks you to login.
 * I have configured the visibility of the tickets so that everyone with the URL
   can see it, but still asks them to login. The link it generates has this form:
 * ?page_id=842?support_page=open_ticket&ticket_id=4&auth_code=ERRFjYOqeC

 * CHeck your other plugins or access settings. I have 3 wordpress sites and all
   works, there is one issue i dont like and that is the fact the user have to enter
   name and email before replying to the ticket, should be automatic for registered
   users.

 * Thanks for the reply. It has to be some incompatibility with some plugin, I suspect
   that with some of cache manager. I had to install SupportCandy on another website,
   and there it worked correctly.
