    Hi @djboro88,

    Thanks for reporting this.

We’ve tested the latest version (3.8.0) on our development store with Spanish set as the site language, and the “Sent” status is displaying correctly and fully translated in both the admin and email notifications.

Please try the following steps to make sure everything is loading properly on your site:

    1. Clear any cache (including server or plugin-based caches).
    2. If you’re using a translation plugin (e.g., Loco Translate), make sure the translation file for our plugin is updated and synced with the latest version.

If the issue still persists, please share:

    • The language settings of your site.
    • Whether you’re using a translation plugin.
    • Any custom translation files you may be using.

We’ll be happy to take a closer look.

    Kind regards,
    Gaurav

    Hi, @gaurav1092

The correct translation appears in LocoTranslate, but it still says “Shipped.” I only use LocoTranslate as a translation plugin.

If I give you access, could you check it?

    Hi @djboro88,

We’re currently unable to access customer websites directly, but we’ll guide you through the steps to help resolve this.

Since you’re using Loco Translate, and the translation appears correctly there but not on the site, it’s possible that another plugin or theme is overriding the text domain or interfering with translations.

    Here’s what you can try:

    1. Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except for WooCommerce and AST (Advanced Shipment Tracking).
    2. Switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four.
    3. Check if the “Shipped” label now appears correctly translated.

If it works correctly with only AST and WooCommerce active, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify which one may be causing the conflict.

Let us know what you find — we’ll be happy to assist further based on the results.

    Best regards,
    Gaurav

    HI, @gaurav1092

After temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Tracking plugin and WooCommerce, the translation is still incorrect.

In the screenshot, you can see that part of the translation is in English and the other part in Spanish.
The default template used is Twenty-Twenty Four, and Shipped still appears.

Any other ideas on how this could be?

Is there a way to specify this directly in the source code? Which file would need to be changed to display “Enviado” instead of “Shipped”?

    Kind regards !

Don’t mark the issue as resolved, because it’s something from the latest versions…
I noticed that the filter is also in English when the rest are in Spanish.

I’m providing screenshots where English is retained instead of using the language file.

Please check the error, another French user had the same problem.

PS: I’ve synced the plugin’s language and when I search for the Spanish translation it seems correct, but the plugin doesn’t apply the language unless it’s different from English.

    Thanks !
