 * Trying to import the sample nav menu and followed all instructions – keep getting
   an ‘error in processing’ error when I try and upload. Help?

 * Sorry for the delay, I didn’t see any notification in my emails about your support
   ticket. Hope you found a solution. If not, you can also just inspect the code
   on the demo [https://demo.wpinclusion.com/a11y-kit](https://demo.wpinclusion.com/a11y-kit)
   to reproduce the menu.
 * I didn’t develop the plugin Import Export Menus, so I don’t know if there’s an
   incompatibility. I tested the import on a fresh install with only the importer,
   A11y Kit and Font Awesome plugin.
 * To help me debug, would you be able to send me the name of the theme and plugins
   installed. And maybe, create a staging website and create an admin access for
   me to debug.
