Error in Processing

    Trying to import the sample nav menu and followed all instructions – keep getting an ‘error in processing’ error when I try and upload. Help?

    Hi !

    Sorry for the delay, I didn’t see any notification in my emails about your support ticket. Hope you found a solution. If not, you can also just inspect the code on the demo https://demo.wpinclusion.com/a11y-kit to reproduce the menu.

    I didn’t develop the plugin Import Export Menus, so I don’t know if there’s an incompatibility. I tested the import on a fresh install with only the importer, A11y Kit and Font Awesome plugin.

    To help me debug, would you be able to send me the name of the theme and plugins installed. And maybe, create a staging website and create an admin access for me to debug.
