    Hello ,
    I sincerely love your plugin. However , I have been noticing lately that the plugin is not calculating the points correctly for the users. Sometimes it misses a submitted post , sometimes something else. I use the Buddypress and BBpress integrations too.
    Also , when the plugin was first installed , I forget to sync it with WP Database. Now I can not find the option anywhere else. Please advice.

    There are a few things to check before to meet from where your issues could come

    First, how your users are submitting posts? Through WordPress admin area or at frontend with a custom plugin?

    If you are using the GamiPress built-in event “Publish a new post” it just work with WordPress standard posts (Post type “post”)

    For the wrong points balance, where are you getting the wrong balance? from the BuddyPress and bbPress integrations? If you have a wrong points balance between information shown at frontend and information shown on user profile (at admin area) probably your issue could come from a cache plugin since cache doesn’t get refreshed and is showing a outdated points balance

    And about issue with WP Database plugin, you should contact them to let them know about this issue, I never used this plugin so I can’t help you with that

    The post publishing happens on the front end from an external plugin : user submitted posts ; which uses the wp posts format. And it works sometimes , it gifts the user the allotted points one time and it doesn’t the other time.

    And I am sorry , I didn’t referred to the WP Database plugin , I referred to the message Gamipress puts on the dashboard on installation that I need to optimize my WordPress database or something like that. I am talking about that.

    And yes , I use W3 Total Cache. But the errors are random , for the same point types from a user action ; sometimes the engine works , sometimes doesn’t.

    Hi @speed94

    GamiPress will show to you a notices referred to a database upgrade (normally when you update the plugin), which means that will perform some change on database (just on GamiPress tables) normally related to performance improvements, I will check this notices to see if there is something that is causing this issue and is showing to you wrong notices

    Since your have multiple issues and some of them will required a deep check
