 * With inspecting the debug log I have noticed this error:
 * WordPress database error Table ‘***.wp_2_ups_shipping_config’ doesn’t exist for
   query SELECT * FROM `wp_2_ups_shipping_config` WHERE `key`=’COUNTRY_CODE’ made
   by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘
   wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘plugins_loaded’),
   WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, UpsEuWoocommerce\utils\Ups_Eu_Woo_Utils_Internationalization-
   >ups_eu_woo_load_plugin_textdomain, UpsEuWoocommerce\models\Ups_Eu_Woo_Model_Config-
   >ups_eu_woo_get_by_key
 * It seems like there is a problem with a missing table.

 * You need better support for this in the USA. Of all the people I have talked 
   to ( 17 so far ) have ZERO knowledge of this plugin nor its workings, let alone
   able to rely on for support.

   your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please
   _never ask for credentials._ I have flagged your account temporarily. That just
   means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will
   not work.

 * Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and
   a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some
   ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the
   person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
 * If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable
   for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided
   without warranty.
 * **Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking
   you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.**
