# Error in Malware Scan

 * CleanTalk repeatedly flags this file:
 * `/wp-content/plugins/amazon-s3-and-cloudfront-pro/vendor/Gcp/google/grpc-gcp/
   cloudprober/bins/opt/grpc_php_plugin`
 * The developer of WP Offload Media Pro (Delicious Brains) has confirmed this is
   an official file included with the plugin. My hosting provider (BigScoots) scanned
   the site and found no malware.
 * I approved the file, but it is flagged again on subsequent scans. How can I permanently
   exclude this file, or can you update your detection if this is a false positive?

 * Most likely, the file’s hash is being updated, which is why our scanner is flagging
   it again. You can exclude this file from our scan. Please follow this guide:

 * No, this did not help at all. Within the General Settings there is no option 
   for “Directory and file exclusions for the malware scanner” as your instructions
   say. Also, the screenshot in the instructions does not match what my General 
   Settings page looks like. I am sick of getting this warning of malware every 
   day for something that has proven to be safe. I don’t want to pay more for soemthing
   I don’t need to deal with. Why does this keep getting flagged every day?

 * After installing it, click “**Clear scan results**” under the **Scan log** and
   run a new scan.
