# Error in Loading a new Theme

 * I’m trying to change my current theme to a Theme called “The Source” from Elegant
   Themes and am getting the following error:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_thumbnail() in /nfs/c06/h05/mnt/97657/
   domains/findthecapital.com/html/wp-content/themes/TheSource/includes/widgets/
   custom_post.php on line 8
 * Any thoughts on how to fix this?

 * I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from
   the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
   here.
    Try [http://www.elegantthemes.com/forum/](http://www.elegantthemes.com/forum/)
 * In the meantime, try switching to the default theme by renaming:
 * /wp-content/themes/TheSource
 * to:
 * /wp-content/themes/TheSource-old”
 * using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management
   application your host provides.

 * As this Theme is a commercial Theme from a a commercial Theme shop that provides
   support options, you will need to consult those support options.
 * This forum is intended only for Themes hosted in the official Theme directory,
   and forum volunteers here support the right of commercial Theme shops to provide
   commercial support for their Themes.
