    I checked the URL https://rograksham.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=starter-templates&ci=2&s=a and got the same error. Which plugin, you have recently installed? Is your site is compatible with plugin? Please make sure that your site meets the plugin requirements for the plugin to work properly on your site and to avoid this kind of errors.
