Error in footer.php

    I am currently moving my site to another web host. I restored the database and everything seems to work except I get one error at the bottom of the page where <?php wp_footer(); ?> goes in. The error is:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_footer() in /home/dcwival8/public_html/fddc/wp-content/themes/classic/footer.php on line 30

    If I remove the code, no error shows up.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.
