# Error in footer when using Knowledgebase

 * Hello guys,
 * I have a problem with Knowledgebase used with Universe theme ([http://themeforest.net/item/universe-education-responsive-wordpress-theme/7145660](http://themeforest.net/item/universe-education-responsive-wordpress-theme/7145660)).
   When I active the plugin, footer on the page I am using it on collapses – it 
   dnes not reach the righ edge of the site, under the sidebar. Also, a weird character”

 * Are there any solutions to this? I am also contacting the theme developer.

 * Without seeing the site in question and checking the error console, code etc,
   there is not much I can do to help. Is it possible to post a link please?

 * But at a guess, it is most likely the KBE template does not play nicely with 
   your theme so you will need to adjust

 * Took a look, and I think you will need to adjust the KBE template to suit your
   theme.
 * Sorry I can’t be more helpful but this is out of the realm of support for the
   plugin and best addressed by your theme developer.
