Error in displaying the post

Dear Friends,
Please help me
i am using the wordpress permalink to display the post title as the link title.
if my post title is like this ” who’s this guy?”
then my title come like “www.example.com/cat/who’s-this-guy”
so it showing error
what i want to do
to solve this problem…
