    Hi!

There is something really strange going on.

I have an plugin installed called Stock Location for Woocommerce.
As soon as i connect a product to a stock location somehow the product get connected to a category too and there is no way for me to delete the product from this category.

I tried several things but it’s impossible.

So i asked one of the developers of the plugins to check and he came back to me with the following:

There is an error in console for all dashboard pages, generates on every page load and after every ajax call:
    WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed

    Looks like it’s Jetpack related.

But as i am not a developer at all, i don’t know how to solve it.
Can someone help me or point me in the right direction please?

    Thank you!

    Hey @arnolddewitte,

I think that console error is a bit of a red herring. The websocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed error shouldn’t actually impact anything on the site itself. The error is thrown when the following conditions are met:

    – A site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack.
    – A user is logged into the site but not logged into WordPress.com in the same browser.

I’d recommend punting this back to the Stock Location for Woocommerce support folks.

Let us know what you find out!
