    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Thanks for your help, but the problem is still not resolved.

    I tried both the techniques. But every time I click on the Dashboard tab, the following error occurs

    class = ‘avatar avatar-64 photo’ height = ’64 ‘width = ’64’ /> MBO mbo

    Any possible resolution to this?
