    Hi Vailista,

Are you saying that you tried to install the plugin and you cannot get past the Create Database Tables process? So you modified the script that gets you past that stage? Interesting!!!

On very rare occasions, it may be caused by security plugins with extra-strict .htaccess rules preventing the installation. There are a number of ways that these rules can be bypassed so Easy Code Manager installs for you.

    Regards,
    Damian Baker

Just to confirm this bug. The table is created in my database, yet the install script fails at the …_groups table creation. I haven’t looked to see where the issue is. I can confirm that your plugin will not finish it’s installation on one of my systems. Here is the configuration notes:

    WordPress 4.9.2
    Multisite – subfolder
    SSL – https only
    Uses HyperDB for database features
    PHP 7

I may look further if I time, but it web a few days. I enjoy the content of this plugin so I can involve some lighter developers/designers who can handle JS and CSS work.

    I hope this helps.

    (updated to note php 7)

Thank you Jess for taking the time to assist.
I have noticed a few other similar installation issues recently too, however I just don’t have the time right now to work on it.
