Error import 2000 user

Hello!
I use this plugin and it works perfectly. I imported 2000 users in batch of 300 and that´s works fine. So my config is ok (I think).
But now, with +2000 users, I only can import 20-25 users at once, although my CSV has 50 users.I have 1.6.4 version.
