• Hello,

I’m getting the error mentioned in the title when I click on a share icon. When the page loads and I click on it straight away it works fine, but once the page loads fully and I click on a share button, it’ll give me the error. I’m using Avada theme.

Additional Information Which May Help: At the moment it’s displaying in another part of my website also if that helps. The page where it is displaying is created with another plugin that was custom developed for my website. It’s basically a product catalogue and the share icons are showing in my “Description” section of the product page (which I’ll be getting removed as I only want them for my blog page).

If anyone knows any information on the error that’d be great.

    Regards,
    Kostantinos

    Hi Kostantinos,

I have come across this error with another user before. It was another plugin at play here, so by clicking before that plugin’s JavaScript has loaded you are bypassing the issue.

I’m afraid I cannot recall the plugin that did this, but anything that adds open graph meta data or is social related, please ensure it is satisfied that the image you are adding is ok. It may have been SEO or Yoast?

    Thanks,

    David

    Hello David,

Thank you for your prompt response.

It seems to be the lightbox feature that comes with my theme by the looks of it because soon as I disabled that it’s coming up with no issues at all.

    Regards,
    Kostantinos
