 * what the heck does this mean?
    i installed a new plug and i get this and now 
   i am not able to log in or get on the website.

 * but it looks to me like the plugin is trying to call a widget statpress. Please
   Login via FTP and rename or delete the plugin.

 * if you use cpanel, get into your cpanel, and go to the directory where you installed
   it. Then to wp-content, plugins,look for plugin name (usually similar to the 
   folder name). And delete that plugin folder. It looks like you installed it in
   the root, try going to wp-content/plugins, and delete the statpress folder.
