Error getting remote image http:// Error: not found

    Hello,
    I am trying to use woocommerce built-in plugin to import the products but this does not seem to work with images
    I have tried many different options without success, but the very last error message I am getting is “Error getting remote image http:// Error: not found”
    But if I follow the link I can see the image
    I am wondering what could be the problem here
    I am running on Digital Ocean, Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS, PHP 7.2, Apache2, Mysql database and Latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce
