I do not have iTheme plugin so that cannot be the reason for this error on my system. I am feeling somewhat panicked that they say their client’s order information was not populating. It is too complicated for someone with my level of skill. I would need to consult with a web developer which I can’t afford to do. I think you should leave threads that are unresolved and not call them resolved. It skews your data when you claim things are resolved and they are not.
