    there is a problem with the plugin. When a product that has a variable (example:
   50ml / 100ml) is added to the cart, a rounding is performed, and the free COD
   is provided.
 * I give an example, for the free COD you must reach € 100 of cart.
    Instead, when
   you add a product with variable, just reach 98.50 and the COD is set Free, why?
 * The “Round up total amount by” setting is set to “0”.
