# Error “Fout! info”

 * We have a bizarre problem, which seems to be related with Cleantalk.
   We first
   had one user (with a certain role) who, when she wanted to change a record in
   a table (WPDataTable), got the error “Fout! info”. As administrators, we tried
   to reproduce it; on another computer and in different browsers, but with the 
   same user. The error message sometimes occurred, but sometimes it did not (about
   50/50%).Then we took another user – with the same WordPress role – and he got
   the same error message.We also tried an incognito version of the browser: same
   error.To be clear; we did not get the error message even once when logged in 
   as administrator.We disabled Cleantalk and then the error didin’t show.
