This forms worked for 2 years and there, without change on my part, it does not work. Do you have a solution? Please note that with each update of any plugin on the site, there is a possibility of some conflicts and all things should be checked. Would you please run a conflict test in the first place? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. A fix for this will be released with our upcoming update. However, an ETA on this cannot be provided.
