# Error Folder cannot be created

 * Hi,
    I am trying to add a logo to my slider by dragging and dropping a logo from
   a folder on my PC (as shown in your video tutorial), but when I do this I get
   the error message the at a Folder cannot be created. I have FTP access to my 
   website so can create the folder myself if necessary, or is there another way
   to do this?

 * Is it possible that your wp-content/uploads folder is not writable by php? You
   can check it (and modify if necessary) like this: [http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/257-messed-up-or-blank-page-in-back-end#cache](http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/257-messed-up-or-blank-page-in-back-end#cache)(
   just check your wp-content/uploads folder instead of the wp-content/cache)

    correct folder permissions have now been set and it all appears to be working
   correctly. Thanks for the very swift reply!
