# Error first installation wp 4.4

 * Hi all,
    i have a issue with the installation of wordpress 4.4. When i try to
   install for the first time i receive this error:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /web/htdocs/www.proxe.it/home/test/
   wp-includes/functions.php on line 2783
 * I try to re-copy the function.php file under the wp folder but nothing happen.
   
   I run this installation on a Aruba Linux Basic hosting.
 * Any idea how can i solve the problem?

   hand modified wp-config.php Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting

 * Hi, i have the solution. I had to open a ticket with my hosting provider.
 * Dear Customer,
 * after some tests showed that the problem was created by older version of php 
   set to its domain by setting the version 5.3 the error no longer appears and 
   you can install WordPress .

   cannot get into the profile and there is always this:
