Hi, I’m trying to set up the Elementor Pro form integrated with Sendinblue and I have a problem.

The connection is correct. The problem occurs when adding a new contact to the list. The contact enters the list with his email, but the “Name”, “Phone” and “OPT_IN” fields are not synchronized. Only the “Email” is synchronised.

My sendinblue is in Spanish language. The fields that appear in my sendinblue are as follows:

Email = “EMAIL”
Name = “NOMBRE”
Phone = “SMS”

What ID should I assign in the “Advanced” tab of the form fields? I have tried to put the ID corresponding to each one and it doesn’t synchronise them.

Hi @cdigital2ber,

Can you send me some screenshots of the settings panel?
– Both the form fields & form advanced tab.
– The Webtica Sendinblue settings panel.
– Sendinblue custom attributes tab: https://my.sendinblue.com/lists/add-attributes
– Sure the API key is correct?

So I can check how everything is setup correctly and I can reproduce the error.

@webtica Thank you very much for your quick response.

Please find attached the screenshots. The fields I want to synchronise are “Nombre”, “Telefono” and “Email”. The email is added to the list correctly, the other fields are not.

Hi @cdigital2ber,

You forgot to enter the two attributes in the plugin sendinblue settings.
Can you enter the following settings:

– Name Field attribute add NOMBRE
– Name field ID add Nombre
– Lastname Field attribute add SMS
– Lastname Field ID add SMS

This is a workaround. The free plugin only makes it possible to add two custom attributes. In the Pro version you can have unlimited mapped attributes.

Let me know if it works after adding these 4 settings. Also if not please send me screenshots of what you have entered.

Thank you for your help. It has not been solved. Now I can’t even synchronise the “email” field. After making the changes, now I don’t have any contacts in the list. I have attached a picture of the configuration.

Okay I see. Is it possible to send over some more info and credentials via info@webtica.be or via https://plugins.webtica.be/support/ ? I can check the complete setup for you.
