    I have been using this plugin for a long time. I print out dozens of orders daily. Today on one of my orders I have a red banner Error fetching label status. Error: The WooCommerce Shipping server returned HTTP code: 502. I then refreshed purchase status and its now the light yellow box saying you have purchased a label but the purchase status is still pending.

    I am able to go to other orders and print labels fine. This one order remains stuck at the light yellow screen.

    Thanks for the details! The “Error fetching label status (HTTP 502)” message comes from WooCommerce’s shipping servers and usually indicates a temporary issue. Since you’re able to print labels for other orders, it seems isolated to this one order.

    There’s no need to change or clear anything in your store settings; this isn’t caused by your site configuration. Please try the following:

    1. Wait a few minutes and click “Refresh purchase status” again.
    2. If it remains pending, open WooCommerce → Status → Logs, select the most recent log starting with wc-shipping-, and copy any relevant entries to https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com.
    3. Confirm which carrier you were purchasing the label from (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.).

    This will help us confirm whether it’s a temporary server-side issue or if further action is needed for that specific order.

    I uploaded the latest plugin-woocommerce-shipping. there is no wc-shipping. I am using USSP. Its over an hour later and still yellow box and refresh purchase status button is grayed out.

    I always have a problem with submitting support tickets. It says connect a store then brings me to WooCommerce update manager and I cannot click submit. its greyed out.
