    Hello!

    1. I have installed Stripe for Woocommerce
    2. I have purchased an SSL and installed it on my domain, it’s working
    3. I have forced SSL in Woocommerce settings
    4. I have entered the Stripe API keys, it’s LIVE
    5. On checkout all users get this:

    Error: Failed to process the order, please try again later.

    Any ideas?

  • I’m having the same problem using 1.32. Here is my stripe log entry.

    type: “invalid_request_error”
    message: “You passed an empty string for ‘card’. We assume empty values are an attempt to unset a parameter; however ‘card’ cannot be unset. You should remove ‘card’ from your request or supply a non-empty value”
    param: “card”

    I am also having this exact error.

    I have not yet switched to ‘live’ and am attempting to test a transaction, so I have selected ‘Turn Testing On’

    If you were to download 1.31 and install it manually would the problem persist? I want to see if this was a problem caused by the 1.32 update or if it’s maybe an update to wordpress, woocommerce, or stripe that did it.

    Okay, just chiming in to say that I’m having the exact same problem. I just installed 1.31 and everything is working perfectly (same card, same information). Stephen, it looks like something is wrong with the plugin itself.

    I just pushed an update, I think it should fix the problem. Let me know if that’s not the case.

    I blame Apple for the bug. Once I set up my dev environment for Yosemite I started getting the bug, so fixing it for my dev environment apparantly broke it for a bunch of other people.

    Anyone have it fixed?

    Same problem when we try to do an upgrade/downgrade of subscription.
    We get the following error message:

    Error: Failed to process the order, please try again later.

    Stripe log error show:

    error:
    type: “invalid_request_error”
    message: “Invalid positive integer”
    param: “amount”

    It seems that the order amount is zero at the time of payment.
