    Hi,

    For now, we claim compatibility with PHP version 7.4.Therefore we kindly ask you to describe your problem in more detail. What problem do you have and after which actions? Provide a link or screenshots to the page where the problem occurs. Since it is not clear what are you talking about.

    Also, we can recommend you upgrade the MPDF library on the PDF&Print settings page if you didn’t do it yet.Follow the next instructions in order to upgrade the MPDF library for thePDF&Print plugin:

    1) Go to PDF & Print settings page;
    2) Open the “Misc” tab;
    3) Click the “Upgrade” button;
    4) Test the PDF doc creation and let us know about the result.

    Hello Support,

    I have updated the MPDF library as well, and the only issue I am having is with the PDF download. The print version works as expected, however when I try to view the PDF, it loads me an Error. You can see the result here: https://cms.travelmaxguide.com/trip/annapurna-circuit-trekking/?print=pdf

    The site is set up using the PHP version 8.2.8. So I am just curious about whether that issue is due to the PHP or something else.

    What I did to replicate the issue are:
    1. Use the default WordPress theme with all plugins disabled except the Print plugin, but it did not work and the same issue was seen.

    So can your team help me to sort out this issue and let me know whether I need to switch to the PHP version OR if the plugin team is going to make the plugin compatible?

    I find it strange, that in the second half of 2023 (PHP 8.0 ends in december, PHP 7.4 ended in december 2022) you officially support only PHP 7.4. There are hosters where you have to pay extra to use old PHP-versions. So I either have to use a broken plugin or have to pay extra for an old php-version? Please fix it to be at least compatible with php 8.1.

    Thanks a lot. Perhaps you want to fix the typo in the message from 7.x.x to 8.x.x. “The new version of the mPDF library which compatible with PHP V7.x.x is available now! Go to the Misc tab and upgrade the mPDF library if you run into errors or want to use the latest version.
