[ERROR] Failed to import (media)

    Hi,

    I have a problem.
    when I import demo, comes up the error which is ‘[ERROR] Failed to import “img-name.jpg” (Media)’.

    I do not know why the image was not import.

    Hi,

    are you a theme author trying to setup OCDI or a theme user?

    There are two ways, why this happens. Your server, where you are trying to import the images to is blocking the connection to download the file OR the server from the theme author, where the images you want to download from is blocking the connection (or maybe the images are no longer available?).
