# Error extracting zip file

 * Everything went fine until I tried to unzip the file in my Windows Explorer (
   on my computer). I got this error message:
 * Compressed (zipped) Folders Error
 * Windows cannot complete the extraction.
 * The Compressed (zipped) Folder ‘…medialibrary.zip’ is invalid.

 * If you have FTP access to the site, please send me the file – wp-content/dml-
   logs/mllistfile.txt file. It has some debug info that will help me identify the
   problem.

 * My file is also empty. Running WP 4.0. This is the message I get :
    “Media Library
   contains 263 files in excess of 32.6 MiB
 * Creating compressed file …done.
 * Download File : medialibrary.zip (170 B)”
 * When I unzip the file it’s empty. Any other ways how to do this perhaps?
