error exporting users

    Hello how are you?

    When I try to export users from a specific form I get the following error message: There is a critical error on your website. Check your email for instructions.

    This form has a total of 6275 users. Is there any limitation on this?

    PS: I have other forms with 200 users each and the export works normally.

    Hi @mscardoso,

    The User Registration plugin does not have any restrictions. This issue is because of your site’s memory and execution time limit. Please get in touch with your hosting provider and request maximum execution time and memory limit to perform all user exports simultaneously.
