# Error executing CreateDistribution – origin name cannot be null or empty.

 * I am getting the below error when trying to create a distribution with the plugin:
 * Error: Error executing “CreateDistribution” on “[https://cloudfront.amazonaws.com/2019-03-26/distribution&#8221](https://cloudfront.amazonaws.com/2019-03-26/distribution&#8221);;
   AWS HTTP error: Client error: `POST https://cloudfront.amazonaws.com/2019-03-
   26/distribution` resulted in a `400 Bad Request` response: Sender< (truncated…)
   InvalidArgument (client): The parameter origin name cannot be null or empty. –

 * Awesome support! Thanks very much for your help, that’s fixed it.
 * For anyone looking at AWS as a CDN, stay a mile away from the “Official” AWS 
   plugin and get this one instead. I struggled for ages with a broken shopping 
   cart when I used the official plugin to configure it, but this one works great!
