# Error Establishing database connection

 * I have transferred my site from one host to another, change wp-config file but
   it gave error and asked to repair database. I tried it then it gave me this issue
   and said to contact here.

 * Conclusion: Setting the default_charset in php.ini (default_charset = “utf-8”)
   might solve the problem
